Framer Hands

So I've been working at Michaels since June, TECHNICALLY since last February if you count my Co-op Work during school.

Now my job in Michaels was, I was a bit of everyone.
I was a floor associate, Replenishment associate, Cashier and Certified Framer.
I worked everywhere. Wherever they needed me, I worked.

Due to the loss of 2 of our great framers during the holidays, including my previous Framing Manager, I was working pretty much everyday in Framing, trying to get 75 orders done, 2 weeks before Christmas.

After Christmas, I figured I'd go back to my usual schedule of a mix, but I was still in Framing.

AND 2 weeks ago my boss told me that I was promoted to a permanent framer and I got a raise and everything.
I still work in the other departments IF they need me desperately.

But

I love being a framer, it's super fun.

Although it does have some..
..disadvantages.


I swear to god I get cut by glass, mats, blades pretty much every fucking day.

My hands are so scarred now.
